Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd., an investment holding company, engages in the real estate, motor, leasing, mobile financial, food and beverages, and investment businesses in Singapore, Myanmar, and the People's Republic of China. The Yoma Land Development segment develops and sells land and properties. The Yoma Central segment develops, sells, and leases of retail and commercial properties; and operates a business hotel and serviced apartments. The Yoma Land Services segment leases properties; and provides project management, design, and estate management services. The Yoma motors segment supplies and sells agriculture and construction equipment; commercial vehicles; passenger vehicles, and related parts; and offers maintenance services. The Leasing segment provides non-banking financing services, such as leasing of vehicles, equipment, and other consumer products under both operating and finance leases, and rental contracts. The Mobile Financial Services segment offers mobile payments through Wave Partner and Wave Pay platforms; remittances through a nationwide agent network; e-wallet functionality; and other digital financial products. The Yoma F&B segment offers operation of restaurants. The Investment segment invests in the logistics, infrastructure, tourism, solar power, agriculture, information technology, elevators installation, and other sectors. The company was formerly known as Sea View Hotel Limited and changed its name to Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. in October 2006. Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. is headquartered in Yangon, Myanmar.
