Information We Collect

The Platforms collect minimal personal information:

• API users: Email address for API key issuance and usage tracking.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage data (page views, feature usage) to improve the service.
• Cookies: Theme preference (dark/light mode) stored locally.

Public Data

The Platforms aggregate and display publicly available information about companies, directors, charities, and public servants sourced from official registries (SGX, ACRA, MAS, Charity Portal, Parliament). This information is already in the public domain and is presented for transparency and accountability purposes.

Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS ap-southeast-1, Singapore region). We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. API usage logs are retained for 90 days for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Your Rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Third-Party Services

The Platforms use third-party services including Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic Claude (AI analysis), and Yahoo Finance (market data). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling practices.
