Biography
CEO and Executive Director of Parkway Trust Management Limited, the manager of PLife REIT. Led PLife REIT through period of exceptional growth with total assets under management surpassing S$2.46 billion. Oversaw multi-fold expansion of portfolio from 3 to 75 properties while delivering 136% cumulative growth in Distributions Per Unit and over 350% Total Return since IPO. Commitment to transparency, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement recognized with multiple awards including 2024 Shareholder Communications Excellence Award and 2023 Singapore Corporate Sustainability Award. Previously CFO of Singapore Tourism Board managing finance and corporate services. Served as CFO of Ascendas Pte Ltd, was seconded to China-Singapore Suzhou Development Ltd and Singapore-Suzhou Township Development Pte Ltd as CFO in Suzhou, China. Held various finance and audit positions at Beijing ISS International School, Housing and Development Board, and Arthur Andersen.
