Biography
Independent Director and Chairman of Nominating Committee. Member of Remuneration Committee. Associate Professor of Business Law at Nanyang Technological University (since 1992). Joined NTU after spending several years in private legal practice doing general commercial and corporate litigation at a leading law firm. Held several administrative positions including Programme Director of Nanyang MBA (Business Law), Head of Division of Business Law and Associate Dean at Nanyang Business School. Currently Associate Provost (Student Life) at NTU. Awarded Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2013 and Public Service Administration Medal (Silver) in 2022. Served as trainer, advisor and consultant to numerous organizations on corporate law and governance issues. Associate Director with Aptus Law Corporation. Expertise in corporate law, governance and securities regulation.
