Biography

Held high-level management positions including Executive Director of The Straits Trading Company Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Power Limited. Held various senior roles at multinational and listed companies. Previously board member of Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, member of Public Accountants Oversight Committee, part of MAS/SGX/ACRA Work Group that reviewed Guidebook for Audit Committees in Singapore, and MAS/SGX/ACRA/SID Review Panel that developed Guide for Board Risk Committees in Singapore.
