Biography
Serves on board of Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation Limited. Joined former Price Waterhouse in 1974 and admitted as Audit-Partner in 1985, retiring from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2008. Audit engagement partner for numerous listed and unlisted company audits, including major financial institutions and commercial enterprises. Involved in several large client IPO listings. Key role in building financial services practice and extensive experience auditing electronics, manufacturing, trading, petrochemical and services industries. Experience includes acting as reporting accountant for IPOs and accounting advice for mergers.
