Wong Mei Lian

Biography

Mei Lian heads the Finance team which is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, taxation, treasury and capital management functions of CICT. The Finance team also works closely with the Investment and Portfolio Management teams to support the requirements of investment assessments and adopts a proactive capital management strategy to optimise portfolio value. She has held senior financial leadership roles in various companies and has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and treasury, with over 20 years in the real estate and REIT industry.
