Responsible for financial and management reporting, corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, enterprise risk management, sustainability and corporate/regulatory compliance. Over 20 years experience in finance, investments and advisory in Singapore. Previously Senior Vice President (Investments) at Kestrel Capital leading M&A activities. Currently Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Secura Group Limited.
