Professor of Finance and Provost of Singapore University of Social Sciences. Currently independent non-executive director of Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte Ltd., the manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT. Former Chairman of the Board of Keppel REIT Asia Management Limited. Served as member of boards of Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, National Council of Social Service, Keppel Land, Keppel Capital Holdings, Keppel TatLee Bank and Fullerton Fund Management Company Limited.
