Biography

Extensive experience managing the bank's two customer-facing divisions: Consumer Banking Group/Wealth Management (CBG/WM) and Institutional Banking Group (IBG). Played instrumental role in transforming Wealth Management business with DBS Private Bank becoming one of Asia's top three. Led scaling of Global Transaction Services and spearheaded major digitalization initiatives including DBS digibank, PayLah! and iWealth. Drove development of AI models and generative AI applications. Served in global financial centers including London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Board experience in government, finance, education, women's leadership and entrepreneurship.
