Biography

Chief Compliance Officer – PRC, joined YSL in November 2007. Responsible for overseeing legal, compliance, corporate secretarial and risk management functions covering Debt Investment Business, Investment Management Business and PRC operations. Ensures appropriate procedures and processes to implement Board policies and adequate systems to monitor compliance. Graduated from Economic Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law. Started as translator in Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipyard Co., Ltd. in November 2007. Held positions of operating representative (May 2008 to June 2009) and investment manager (June 2009 to October 2012). Held subsequent positions in various management capacities.
