Chairman and majority shareholder of AVJennings Limited. Former Head of Real Estate Finance at Citibank (Singapore) and Regional Real Estate Head for Asia at Credit Suisse First Boston. Past Board Member of Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Turf Club, Singapore Dance Theatre and Raffles Girls' Secondary School. Former Council Member of Singapore Business Federation and two-term President of Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore.
