Lead Independent Director since January 2022. Chairman of Audit Committee since April 2020. Member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. Brings Corporate Finance and Accounting experience. Founded EisnerAmper PAC (Singapore member of EisnerAmper Global) in 1999. Currently Managing Partner of EisnerAmper Singapore and Director with EisnerAmper Global. Very active in Restructuring and Insolvency space. Appointed as Receiver by 3 Chinese state owned banks in 2023 with significant recoveries. Director on various SGX mainboard listed company boards. Director of Bermuda-based Insurance company listed on NYSE.
