More than 15 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries. Responsible for origination and execution of minority and buy-out transactions across various industries in Southeast Asia. Involved in both direct and fund investments globally, as well as in the creation, investment and development of various new business platforms like Clifford Capital and InnoVen Capital. Started career in investment banking advising on merger & acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions.
