Biography
Over 45 years of extensive civil engineering experience. One of Singapore's leading experts on civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, major infrastructure development and sustainable development. Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering at NUS for 45 years. Former Senior Vice President (Campus Infrastructure) at NUS. Oversaw development of smart, safe, sustainable campus including S$1 billion University Town and Yale-NUS College. Published 200+ technical publications. Independent Non-Executive Chairman of SGX-listed Tritech Group Ltd. Board Member of PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency.
