Banker for more than 30 years. Former Vice-Chairman and CEO of Overseas Union Bank (1977-2001). Former President and CEO of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd (2001-2004). Chairman of DBS Bank Ltd, DBS Group Holdings Ltd, Singapore Health Services Ltd and LaSalle College of the Arts Limited. Awarded Distinguished Service Order in 2012 and Public Service Star in 1999.
