Biography

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of ESR-REIT Manager since March 2017. Over 20 years of extensive real estate experience across property investments, divestments and operations, real estate funds management and structuring, capital markets, acquisitions financing, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising. Pioneer in leading and structuring Singapore's first REIT merger in 2018. Exco member of Real Estate Investment Trust Association of Singapore (REITAS). Previously responsible for Southeast Asia real estate business at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior roles include sell-side property research analyst for Singapore listed REITs and property companies.
