Started career with Kingston Smith & Co, chartered accounting firm in London. In plantation industry since 1993 in Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Thailand. Finance Director of Lonsum 1993, CFO Pacific Rim Plantations Limited 1995-1999, CEO and Executive Director PRPOL 1999-2005, spent one year with Cargill post-sale in 2005. Joined Company January 2007, became CEO August 2007.
