Biography

Joined YSL in November 2007 as Financial Controller, re-designated as CFO in June 2008. Re-designated as CFO and COO following restructuring, appointed Deputy CEO on 24 April 2024. Responsible for financial management, sourcing and management of funds, treasury, accounting, capital management. Collaborates on vision, operational strategy and hiring. Oversees organizational excellence, strategy, structure, processes, business objectives, investment, fund management, investor relations, IT and strategic planning. Prior to YSL, financial controller of Global Container Freight Pte. Ltd. with responsibility over subsidiaries in Singapore, PRC, Taiwan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. Extensive experience in finance and corporate finance management.
