Over 40 years of extensive management experience in private and public healthcare sectors. Healthcare sector veteran. Previously Group COO of Perennial Real Estate Holdings Ltd and CEO of Perennial Healthcare. Senior public healthcare positions including Group CEO of Alexandra Health System and CEO of multiple hospitals (Khoo Teck Puat, Alexandra, Changi General, Toa Payoh). Involved in restructuring of major hospitals. Served as Chairman of National Environment Agency and Public Hygiene Council.
