Biography

Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee and Acting Chairman of Remuneration Committee. Admitted to Singapore Bar in 1989. Active practitioner primarily advising on commercial law and litigation matters. Director and consultant with Lawrence Chua Practice LLC. Started career at Chor Pee & Co and joined Engelin Teh & Partners in April 2000. Obtained LL.B. from National University of Singapore and member of Law Society of Singapore.
