Biography

Responsible for the formulation and implementation of Seatrium's people strategy to achieve organisational goals. Leads the assessment and design of organisation development systems, global people management processes, and leadership and capabilities building to promote business excellence and competitive advantage. Has held various leadership and board appointments at Keppel Offshore & Marine, steered and worked with teams from over 10 countries. Has extensive experience working with customers, unions, government agencies, classification societies, research institutes and tertiary education institutions.
