Biography

Former Chairman of Shell group of companies in Singapore, retired January 2019 after 16 years. Held senior roles with Shell since 2003, worked in Singapore, China and Netherlands. 14 years with Procter & Gamble assigned to Malaysia, Japan and Singapore. Previous experience with IBM in Australia and USA. Justice of the Peace. Chairman of Institute for Human Resource Professionals, National Arts Council, and Nanyang Technological University. President of Global Compact Network Singapore. Director of CapitaLand Limited, Singapore Power Limited, and Woodside Petroleum Ltd.
