Joined Singapore Airlines in 1990. Held senior management positions in Marketing, Information Technology, Finance and Cargo. Executive Vice President for Marketing and the Regions. President of Singapore Airlines Cargo Pte Ltd (2006-2010). Senior Vice President Finance (2004-2006), Senior Vice President Information Technology (2003-2004). Chairman of Budget Aviation Holdings Pte Ltd and Director of SIA Engineering Company Limited and Mastercard Incorporated. Board Member of International Air Transport Association and served as Chairman (June 2017-2018). Board Member of NUS Board of Trustees and MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board. Recipient of multiple aviation awards including Asia-Pacific Airline CEO of the Year (2015) and Outstanding Chief Executive Officer of the Year (Singapore Business Awards 2017).
