Chairman of DBS Bank (China) Limited. Career began as auditor with KPMG in 1975 in Houston. Retired in 2007 as Co-Chairman of KPMG, China and Hong Kong. Regarded as KPMG's China business specialist. Advised on China's offshore oil industry, participated in formation of China's taxation system, involved in IPOs of Chinese companies, and assisted foreign companies with investments in China. In 1990s, commissioned by Chinese Government to lead feasibility study of Chinese aviation industry. Director of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Hang Lung Properties Limited, and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Past Member of Hong Kong's Independent Commission Against Corruption Corruption Prevention Advisory Committee and Hong Kong's Insurance Advisory Committee.
