Chief Executive Officer of National Gallery Singapore and Head of Visual Arts Cluster Singapore from April 2013 to March 2024. President and CEO of Ascendas Group from 2001 to 2013. Deputy CEO of JTC Corporation from 2000 to 2001. Deputy Chairman of SPRING Singapore from 2008 to 2014. Represented Singapore in APEC Business Advisory Council from 2004 to 2010 and chaired APEC CEO Summit in Singapore in 2009. Awarded Outstanding CEO of the Year in Singapore Business Awards 2009. Justice of the Peace since 2013. Singapore's Non-Resident Ambassador to Republic of Chile. Conferred rank of Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by French Ministry of Culture in 2020.
