Director of Finance responsible for finance, tax and accounting matters. On a day-to-day basis, assists the Chief Financial Officer to develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and processes for finance and operational areas to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to safeguard Digital Core REIT's assets, ensure accuracy and validity of financial information and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. Provides financial support for investment assessments including structuring, fund-raising and post-acquisition processes.
